Mike Saad
Executive Director
Mike Saad is the Executive Director at Addington Place of Clinton, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership. A graduate of Augustana College with a degree in Business Administration, Mike has built a diverse career in Marketing & Business Development for Hospice, promoting Physical and Occupational Therapy Equipment, and serving as an Administrator for both Hospice and Assisted Living Communities. His extensive background allows him to lead with a strategic vision while ensuring residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Beyond his professional role, Mike is dedicated to working with youth in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas as part of the Spiritual Core Council for the Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) Program. He values mentorship and community involvement, making a positive impact both inside and outside of senior living.
In his free time, Mike enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and attempting to play golf. He has been happily married for nearly 35 years and cherishes time with his loved ones.
Mike’s leadership, experience, and commitment to both residents and the broader community make him a valuable asset to Addington Place of Clinton, where he is dedicated to fostering a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment.
